Welcome to Pretty Plugged! By purchasing from our shop or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

All Pretty Plugged products are uniquely curated. Each drop includes custom-designed items. 

2. Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order received. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipping, unless otherwise noted during promotions or product launches.

3. All Sales Final
Due to the custom and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We thoroughly check each item before shipping. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at prettypluggedcustoms@gmail.com with clear photos and your order number. We’ll work with you to make it right.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, photos, and content are the property of Pretty Plugged. Reproduction, resale, or distribution without permission is prohibited.

6. Use of Products
Items from our shop are for personal use or gifting only. Not intended for resale without written permission from Pretty Plugged.

7. Policy Updates
Pretty Plugged reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site or services constitutes your agreement to any updates.
