Custom Orders
Custom orders are made specifically to your specifications and therefore are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges once the design process has begun.
Non-refundable examples include (but are not limited to):

Digital Templates
Due to the instant-access nature of digital templates, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.
